Lead Times

All our parcels will be dispatched by our fulfilment center and sent by registered mail through the reliable SWISS POST or DHL network. Depending on transit and customs processing time, the delivery may vary between 3-10 working days. Once your order has been processed, you will get a tracking number together with a tracking link by the shipping provider where you can track the journey of your parcel. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to restrictions of COVID-19.

International Shipping / Customs & VAT

While providing international shipping to destinations outside of Switzerland, certain customs or VAT fees may be charged by your country or its importing party. You may need to pay those fees to the delivery company or appointed post office upon delivery. For exact customs fees and VAT percentage we recommend to contact your local post or customs office as it varies by country, state or destination address.

Domestic Shipping / Customs & VAT

If you place your order to an address within Switzerland, your purchase will be including VAT and customs.
